My name is Darnel Rushton, I am a professional basketball player. I’m also a hard-working entrepreneur, dad, and son. I consider myself to be a humble man striving to give his best. I consider my successful weight loss to be a huge accomplishment in basketball because I had to prove to myself whether I was willing to give it all I got. I guess I was because I lost 160 in 9 months! In my downtime I enjoy spending time talking with my children and reflecting on what else I could be doing to become a better man. My favorite movie, I would have to say, is Rocky because it’s a true testament to getting knocked down and doing whatever it takes to get back up.
