Who are you?
My name is Victor Wariso, aka Vic. I’m a South Sacramento native. I represent California everywhere that I go and am proud of my Nigerian heritage. I received honors for most improved player and defensive player of the year in high school. While playing basketball for Pacific Union College, I scored a career high of 40 points. I dedicate Sunday’s to practicing much needed self-care. It helps me to decompress and reset my mind and body to prepare for the upcoming week. Since living in New Mexico, I really enjoy visiting the Salt Caves. I’ve heard there are healing properties there. I also love to eat at random restaurants and vlog the food. Making food vlogs and a day in the life vlogs are fun and a great way to get to know me on a different level (you can check them out on my Instagram @wavekidvic). I feel like my vlogs show an interesting and fun side of me. This gives me a chance to show the world that it’s great to still have fun in life regardless of the many challenges we face. I also love tv shows like BMF and ANIME from time to time. I personally have too many favorite movies but some comedies I like include Pineapple Express, Stepbrothers, and Happy Gilmore. My favorite cartoon movie of all time is and will always be Mulan. Most of all I love to hang out with my teammates and have a great time regardless of what we do.
